11.30am Squidezy – From Squid to Calamari rings – The “ezy” way to prep.
The Squidezy demonstration will be different this year with a new team behind the tools.
12.00pm Cooking with Calamari and citrus dust.
Friday and Saturday Squidezy and Penny from Gate to Garnish will be cooking up a storm with Calamari and citrus dust.
Sunday Skip & Manz from Team Justagirl will be cooking up some Shark with a tasty citrus dust Mayo.
12.45pm Boomer all terrain anchors.
Duncan will be demonstrating how to use get off the reef with a stuck anchor without losing it.

Get your boat license at the Show!
Surf Life Saving SA is pleased to offer the approved and recognised State Government SA Boat License Course. Their course is delivered by experienced fishing and boating presenters, with the presentation and assessment conducted in just one 3-hour workshop.
Boat License Testing will be held at the Show at the following times:
Friday 27 October 1.30pm
Saturday 28th October 9.30am and 1.30pm
Sunday 29th October 9.30am and 1.30pm
On successful completion of the course, you will be issued a statement of attendance which can be presented at a Service SA Office to receive your boat license. By undertaking your course with Surf Life Saving SA, you’re helping support frontline water safety services, which help keep your beaches and coast safe for all of us to enjoy.
